Over the past 20+ years, I have acquired extensive experience in designing customized lessons and teaching methods, creating positive teaching and learning environments for up to 200 students a week. I have gained recognition as a ‘trusted teacher’ and learning consultant. My Accomplishments:★ Handled up to 100 daily calls and consistently exceeded customer service expectations at GN Resound, in addition to serving on three territory teams and collaborating with a field trainer/audiologist as well as internal and external sales staff.★ Conceptualized and established a contemporary beginning band method known as ‘Sound & Sight,' which focused on teaching music through sound first rather than notation and theory.★ Established a Junior High Jazz Ensemble (comprising of 10-12 students) and a Pit Band in the Spring Musical at Wabasha-Kellogg School while serving as a Curriculum Advisory and Communications Committee member.★ Developed an innovative, diversified rhythm teaching curriculum that enabled simultaneous instruction of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year students (despite the highly sequential nature of standard rhythm teaching curricula).★ Leveraged the TinyTap app to create digital games, quizzes, and presentation content for elementary students, gaining recognition as a ‘Trusted Teacher’ based on high levels of content usage and consistent positive reviews for the content.At this present time, I'm excited to share my expertise as a collaborative learning and development specialist who leverages instructional design expertise to develop diverse learning solutions - including training manuals, course materials, e-learning modules, and instructor-led courses – that facilitate rapid improvement in individual and team performance.
