Manager of multiple teams of talented associates (co-located and remote) on Implementation, Configuration, Integration, and Customization of ADP HCM and Payroll Hosted Software.In my roles with ADP I have had direct HR/Management responsibility for multiple teams, with direct reports ranging from 12-25+ associates. I was responsible for project staffing for each associate and reviewing their accounts, escalation/issue resolution, and development of talent. Coaching/mentoring and driving high performing and engaged teams is one of my passions. For each of my teams I owned the annual review process and goal setting for my associates, including promotion and salary decisions. In the past 5 years I have been heavily engaged in Sales Support for the products my teams Implemented including direct sales meetings with clients/prospects. During FY17 I was recognized/awarded as a key partner for NAS Sales and Business Consultants.From January of 2017 thru July of 2019 I had direct ownership of all National Accounts (NAS) Projects for the North/East Region in ADP within Implementation Services (2nd largest book of business within NAS). I was directly responsible for staffing all Implementation Services Roles (Data Conversion, Integration, Benefits/Time/GL, etc). This included support for the onsite teams as well as Client Escalation and Relationship Management.From July of 2018 thru July of 2019 I co-led the Implementation of all WorkForce Now projects in NAS for Implementation Services. This was a new Product for the NAS space and one of the Key Initiatives for all of NAS in FY19. During this period we successfully implemented over 50 new clients and upgraded 30+ from legacy platforms. As this was a new offering for NAS this role required buildout of new Implementation Methodology.

I manage a group of Analysts who create custom interfaces and applications for our Hosted HR/Payroll Clients. My group does both functional analysis, coding, and break fix work.I'm also the Lead for ADP Talent Management (ADP Talent Management Suite as well as ADP TM powered by Cornerstone on Demand Offering) work done by the AIS Organization. We partner with the ADP Talent Management group on Implementations of this Product offering. My team handles the integration feeds, automation setup, and SSO. In addition I Lead the integration items for the ADP Garnishment Services Product Offering.I'm heavily involved in the onboarding of new associates to my group. Both participating in the interviewing and hiring process as well as the onboarding and training of new hires to our group.My day to day activities include managing the workload and escalations for 10-12 individuals. I handle external client and internal business partner escalations. I'm also responsible for the annual review and development of my associates.
