Product Owner
Current-Contribute to the shared vision across the company by building consensus, soliciting feedback, and negotiating trade-offs while driving priorities during product execution;-Engage with internal and external customers to collect clearly defined solution (functional, non-functional and transition) requirements and acceptance criteria;-Engage with the technical teams to ensure the team sets and commits to realistic delivery plans;-Define and align product requirements and acceptance criteria across business and customer needs to deliver a highly competitive product;-Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to the stakeholders, and shows what the Development Team will work on next;-Plan items into ordered groups to ensure incremental improvements are released early and often;-Lead backlog refinement and iteration planning to prioritize activities on an ongoing basis;-Lead PI Planning meeting, support other Scrum/Kanban meetings and Product Owner meetings to track dependencies, review progress, and address blockers;-Develop and manage program level release plan, product roadmap, and report milestone status into program management;-Track external team dependencies;-Continuously share the knowledge of the product across the company;-SAFe, Scrum, Kanban related Product Owner activities and responsibilities.
