I teach COMM256 Digital Design, a course I developed for the initial offering of the class in Fall 2020 at Hope College. Throughout the course, students conceptualize and create branding and marketing campaigns for a business they've dreamed up. Focused on teaching skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, students complete the course with a portfolio of design assets they can utilize in pursuing future work and freelance opportunities.

My wife and I founded Pauley Productions in 2012. Since then, we've worked with lots of awesome Michigan couples to tell their wedding day story through moving pictures and sound. I am responsible for the creative vision and editing as well as maintaining the brand online through our website and social media platforms.

Responsible for turning business requirements and project ideas into clearly defined deliverables that make sense to clients and developers alike.

Responsible for the design, implementation, and continued support of digital marketing products and services. The role includes the oversight and leadership of software developers, applying for and maintaining project budgets, reporting on key performance metrics, and collaborating with several North American teams to create new and engaging digital marketing solutions.

Led a project focused on gathering, classifying, refining, and reporting on external data that sales and other internal teams used to pursue new customers and understand market share. Self-taught Microsoft Access to build complex queries and maintained a database of nearly one-million records. Additionally responsible for analyzing and reporting on economic, consumer, and other external factors affecting the food service industry.

Oversaw the day-to-day operation of the college radio station and led the student executive board in team meetings and decisions. Ensured that the station upheld college and FCC policies and regulations. Acted as the liaison between college officials and the executive board and DJ’s.

Work with the executive board and DJ's on all promotions and other projects, lead in team discussions, write and produce all underwriting spots. Maintain the website and produce web promotions.

Acted as the logistics director for the 2011 Dance Marathon, a student-run, 24-hour event raising funds and awareness for the battle against pediatric cancer. Led executive board meetings, organized events and fundraisers, and managed four committees of students focused on different aspects of the event.
