Managed the Ontario Exchange (OEX) program by directing the various stages of the program's lifecycle (i.e., project application evaluations, RFSQ evaluations, agreement development and reviews, monthly reporting, government reporting, exit reporting, etc.) as well as launching the new OEX platform and implementing the Support for Recent Graduates pathway.Selected Projects & Accomplishments- Developed and implemented the Support for Recent Graduates pathway, a new funding pathway for OEX. This involved designing new processes and the corresponding administrative documentation to support them while consulting various team members along the way. - Guided user testing of the OEX platform to gain insights into how to improve the user experience, insights will aid in directing the next strategic priorities for the platform.- Facilitated the launch of the OEX platform and collaborated with team members across the organization to troubleshoot issues related to the program and platform. Directed platform improvements made by an external vendor.- Collaborated with team members to create communication plans for the annual launches of OEX since 2022.

Delivered project management support for various aspects of the organizational transformation project of Mobilize 2.0 for the Canada and Bermuda Territory. Coordinated the overall administration of the Mobilize 2.0 program, providing support to the Program Director with reporting and budgeting. Selected Projects & Accomplishments:- Executed conception and realization of Living the Vision sessions (phase 2) for the territory as part of rolling out the new territorial Vision, while providing project management for the Vision & Strategy work stream and Vision Engagement working group. - Facilitated the development and execution of overall Mobilize 2.0 communications and change management initiatives, ensuring deadlines for delivery of various project milestones were met on time and on budget. - Provided support to the Program Director with reporting for key stakeholders (e.g., status updates, tracking of actions, decisions and risk registers), liaising with Steering Committee members and financial management (e.g., creation of budgeting/forecasting spreadsheets).
