Starting in 2018 I started a design team with the focus of creating engaging and immersive visuals for the music industry. Over the past 5 years we’ve:● Helped our clients generate over $20,000,000● Grew our core client’s to over 8,000,000,000 streams.● Released visuals to over 60,000,000 subscribers and had our videos viewed over 180,000,000 times.

Artist and Brand Management for Arc North. This included:● Strategizing and executing track release plans.● Negotiating contracts with labels and other involved music artists.● Communication and follow through with label teams.● Booking promotion through social media promo channels.● Social media strategy.● Brand strategy and design.● Video Production, Graphic Design, Photography.During my time building this project with Oscar (Arc North), we were able to grow the projectfrom 20,000 monthly listeners and around 1,000,000 streams, to over 800,000 monthlylisteners and more than 250,000,000 streams.

Freelance Graphic Designer with a focus on Brand Development and corporate design. Mostof my work specifically was brand assets for corporations including:● Developing Brand Guidelines● Logo Design● Print Design● Website Design● Mock UpsDuring this time I was also building a collective of freelance designers to offload and sharework they couldn’t complete themselves with a core group of collaborators. While thisspecifically was not a paid role, it helped everyone in the group, including myself obtainmore client work, increasing earnings and would later be the foundation for my teambuilding experience.

During COVID lockdown, I had a lot of free time with Moxie as the music industry sloweddown quite a bit. In this time I took up a contract role to help MedMatch as a director ofoperations. In the time spent helping them, I:● Successfully built and launched a custom Applicant Tracking System that fit theirunique needs.● Standardized and documented recruitment processes for easier training.● Recruited and Onboarded 5 new team members ranging from Recruiters toAdministrative.● Managed and Developed the team’s growth through open communication, systemsupport and KPIs.● Built a tool to define and track team KPIs.● Built an HR tool.● Designed and upgraded the businesses website to increase candidate and clientapplication conversions.● Designed and moved the team to a new modernized Office Space.
