Convene K-12 and college leadership to create cross-sector relationships, spotlight effective policies and practices, and build collective will to address systemic barriers. Inform and strengthen practices of racial equity leadership, improvement science, and adaptive leadership within PSESD. Overall, reduce barriers so it’s easier for young people across the region to access postsecondary education.
