- Created an After-Hours Maintenace Procedure: I conducted research, interviews, and a brainstorming session to gather materials. Then created documentation and procedures, in addition to bidding out additional services to help complement internal procedures. I iterated the procedures based on feedback from multiple departments and created a rollout plan with multiple phases contingent on leadership approval.- AP Process Re-Launch: Partnered with the Director of Accounting to re-envision the internal company AP process and promote productive communication between accounting and the operations team. Gathered pain points from both sides and collaborated to build a platform-agnostic process with the goals of promoting better vendor onboarding, standardize invoice coding, create more safety nets, and empowering non-accounting departments with knowledge and tools.
