Worked alongside golf staff to provide members an excellent total golf experience. Directed outside staff to ensure tasks were completed in a timely manner and effectively. Tasks included but not limited to, managing the practice facility’s, cleaned and detailed a cart fleet of 50 daily, communicated with golf shop to ensure proper check-in, and welcoming members soon arrival.

Was part of a team of 10 who was in charge of supplying and selling Master's merchandise within the Main Golf Shop. Through teamwork, communication, and leadership, we were able to efficiently provide patrons with a high level of customer service. Attention to detail was one of our highest priorities and commuted all week long from our supervisors.

In this role, I am primarily involved in Golf Shop Operations, where I have successfully organized and executed The Junior Invitational, overseeing a field of 30 young participants. I efficiently manage member and guest checkouts using the Jonas POS system, curate visually appealing merchandise displays, and handle stock and special orders through Golf Shop Genius. Additionally, I created engaging social media content for Instagram reels and stories to enhance our online presence. I also maintain and detail a fleet of 31 golf carts and assist the outside operations manager, even stepping into their role when needed. Furthermore, I contribute to PGA Junior League practices and matches, manage the range tee during significant events like the 115th Massachusetts Amateur, conduct weekly junior clinics for up to ten children at a time, and provide exceptional caddie services to both members and guests.

Worked in the kitchen preparing all types of foods for customers. Focused on time management and organization to maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Ensured the kitchen and dining room were clean on a daily basis. Communicated with co-workers to provide the best interactions with customers.

Worked closely alongside PGA professionals and Caddie Master to service our 250 members and their guests. Anticipation service was our number one priority at East Hampton, trying to get everything ready for the membership before they could ask you. From setting up the practice facilities, conducting junior camps for 30 kids, to being a starter on the first tee, everything we did as a staff was done with the highest attention to detail.

I started out working with the outside service staff. My role included but was not limited to, detailing a fleet of 75 carts daily, operating the ranger picker and cleaning the range balls, and starting the first and tenth tee. Once promoted to Pro Shop cashier, I took on more responsibilities. Those roles included standard opening and closing procedures, checking members and guests at the Foreup POS system, and conducting nightly leagues via Golf Genius. I was also involved with a junior camp with over 200 kids that spanned 3 days a week.
