I am competitive and self motivating. I know how hard work and practice pays off and the rewarding feeling that comes from that. As a Senior Engineer at a large manufacturing company I am responsible for testing and qualifying new materials and designs, developing manufacturing process and troubleshooting equipment and product issues. I am involved in creating, maintaining and communicating product performance standards and results across various internal departments. Resolving operational challenges is an area where I excel. My ability to provide insight and tactical solutions with production, QC and the supply chain make me a vital asset to the team. I aspire to have a rewarding and successful career that challenges me to push and expand my knowledge. Where I benefit as much as the company I work for. Outside of work I really enjoy working with my hands and figuring out solutions to problems. I spend a lot of time woodworking and fixing things around the house. I get a lot of enjoyment out of learning a new skill; plumbing, electrical, automotive, fly tying or anything else that need to get fixed/improved. If I don't know how to do something I will ask someone who does to help or I will research it until I feel comfortable with the solution.When I really want to relax I spend my time in nature; hiking, camping, fishing and hunting. I try to get the most out of the environment around me.
