I have 15 years of experience working in the commercial truck industry. I started my career as a general service technician, then was quickly viewed as a professional and was giving the opportunity to grow in my field of work. I've progressed into a true leading professional and plan my future to become an automotive/diesel service director. I'm an individual that is set apart from the rest. I obtain strong troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills in all areas, including computer systems, electrical systems, aftertreatment exhaust systems, powertrains, and chassis. I have 13 years of experience with commercial truck manufacturers Hino trucks, Mitsubishi fuso, and Isuzu Trucks. I've obtained master elite status for Hino trucks, which requires all required manufacturer certifications, T2-T7 diesel ASE certifications and 3 years field experience, i currently withhold 6 certifications in total. I also withhold 4 Mitsubishi Fuso certifications to obtain master ceritified status. I am a career driven individual that only produces the highest quality of work possible to maintain the standards of each manufacturers specifications in order to maintain factory performance of each vehicle. I withhold excellent leadership skills in directing my co-workers to perform an accurate diagnosis, and manufacturer expectation of a quality repair. I assist management with warrenty repair claims, and work to write up an accurate discription to each manufacturer warrenty personnel. I also provide service to our fleet parts consumers to assist with an "over the phone" diagnosis to help provide them with an affordable dyi repair. 2015 Qualified Competitor in the Hino Master Elite Skills competition.
