Designed and created a new way to perform Tolerance Stacks using visual basics saving the company time and money. Devised a more efficient design change on a malfunctioning part. Involved in builds, prototypes, and testing of parts. Traveled to Ford and GM for part monitoring and air leak testing. Help oversee issues on multiple parts and presented my findings to other Engineers.

Worked with group of Engineers on the GMX 352, GM Alpha and Ford P552 handles, along with the Ford P552 Tailgate TBA. Implemented new Tolerance Standardization for chassis, pins and handle mating holes, which resulted in a cost reduction opportunity presented to senior leadership. Collaborated with Engineering Managers, Manufacturing and Electrical Engineers, Testing Labs, Paint Labs, Operations and Manufacturing sites.

Responsible for BISSELL's Big Green Rental units, along with all other BISSELL products at 21 Meijer stores surrounding Grand Rapids. Responsibilities included repairing damaged machines, stocking product, managing rental forms and communicating with Meijer customer service to resolve any service issues.
