• Allocated in excess of 12,000 Megabrand (Lingerie/Beauty/PINK) visual and marketing elements to stores annually• Created, updated and maintained Megabrand store database with appropriate design type, fixture package and tiering• Directly involved in the design and development of the Archway Visual Marketing Hotline website• Collaborated with Marketing and Creative teams to determine store lists for all POS signage across Megabrand• Worked closely with Leadership Team on new Beauty marketing initiative, resulting in 25% reduction of POS and savings of $850,000 annually• Partnered with Print Buyers on marketing pack consolidation, reducing freight costs by $500,000 annually, while bolstering our High Performance Selling Culture • Ensured all new Real Estate stores, both Domestic and International, opened with the appropriate visual and marketing elements• Led Marketing Issue Resolution and Execution meetings with cross functional members, including Production, Translation and Traffic• Regularly communicated with print & visual vendors, ensuring all elements delivered to stores on time
