I am a graduate from Tyndale university where I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology, and have hopes of one day pursuing a career in counselling. During my academic career, I also volunteered at Bayview Glen Church as a youth leader where I had the privilege of mentoring young people, organizing and facilitating programs and lead studies. While in school I also worked a variety of different jobs such as retail environments where I thrived in interacting with customers and offering support, as well as jobs as a server working in maintenance and have always relished the opportunity to take on new roles and learn new skills. I have been consistently praised as hard-working by my peers and for my willingness to assist others as well as the service I provide to clients or customers. In my current role as the Billing Coordinator at the Briton House I regularly get positive feedback from residents and their families about the empathy and care with which I address their issues or concerns as well as praise from other members of the management staff for my excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
