As a shareholder in GT’s litigation department, I handle and manage a variety of commercial litigation matters and provide litigation support on transactional matters. I focus my practice on receiverships, with an emphasis on federal equity receiverships in regulatory enforcement actions; corporate governance and other intra-business disputes; construction disputes and transactions, with an emphasis on large commercial projects; high-value post-judgment collection; and general commercial contract and/or fraud disputes and recoveries. I have deep experience both defending and prosecuting lawsuits in these areas, including through trial and appeals, and have experience managing complex disputes involving proceedings in multiple courts and jurisdictions.
