Enterprise Technical Account Manager
CurrentWork alongside customer frontline teams and C-Level executives to enhance their security posture leveraging Cloud, EDR and other network technologies with the Red Canary platform.Advocate for the customer within the company to enhance the quality and experience of the Red Canary product.Communicate and work through complex solutions and issues with customer remotely and onsite.Build and maintain customer relationships and trust.Continue personal ongoing education on EDR, Cloud and other products for deployment and tuning.Educate customers teams/ individuals on the Red Canary product.Monitor and asses customer environments for potential issues and configuration optimizations.Be the designated technical lead for the customer and internal teams.Investigate and research technical issues and work around solutions.Work with other company support teams to deliver success to the shared customer.
