West Central Incorporated is a large agri-chemical distributor headquartered in Willmar Minnesota and with various locations across the midwest.My role as an intern was primarily to work with the Information Technology Department on the implementation of certain reporting functions. I tested these reports to raw data and traced discrepancies for resolution. I was also able to shadow various accounting functions within the organization such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and the controller.
