Kyle is the Line Boring Supervisor at Morgan Engineering, with over 11 years’ experience working for the company. Over the years he has worked as a line boring technician, team leader, client liaison officer and operational supervisor.He was previously employed with ‘Diversified Mining Services’ in the role of Business Unit Coordinator/Line Boring Supervisor at their QLD facility, based in Mackay. Kyle’s hard work and dedication to his employment allowed the DMS company to expand their operations to NSW.In 2011, Kyle began his role at Morgan Engineering – and has since helped the line boring division achieve exponential growth. During this time, he has upskilled significantly through the completion of four nationally accredited units of competency, including RIIRIS301E (G1), R11R1S402D (G2), R11WHS301E (G8), R11COM301E (G9).Kyle’s role has transitioned over the years to a supervisor position, reporting directly to the company’s Customer Support Manager. He is responsible for the day-to-day safe and efficient running of all line boring services and activities, including the allocation of team members and management of project progression onsite. Kyle also works closely with Morgan Engineering’s Safety Coordinator to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Safe Work and WH&S policies.He takes pride in ensuring that Morgan Engineering’s clients receive a high standard of customer service and technical support, whilst also working behind the scenes to cultivate a positive team culture. Kyle enjoys surrounding himself with a fantastic team that are all united in their desire to achieve company goals. He is passionate about seeking solutions to complex situations for clients, and always looks forward to the next opportunity for personal and career development.
