Worked as a cross-discipline team lead on a multi-year software project for the Department of Defense Transportation Command, helping to fix the PCS experience for millions of service members and their families. Our project was built with Golang and Typescript-flavored React, and I led efforts to modernize our toolchain that ended up with Playwright, React Testing Library, Storybook, modular CSS, Postgres, and Circle for CI/CD.

Short term engagement working closely with a client to build a high-visibility, high-concurrence custom web platform for an annual user conference (which had been suddenly moved to run remotely due to Covid-19). Led the development team's efforts to build a full-stack Typescript application with React, Next.js, Apollo, and Styled Components.

Worked with a team of developers, designers, and A11Y experts to rebuild a core piece of functionality (user-created content around group bookings) with a modern tech stack (React/Next.js, Apollo, and node) with a sustainable architecture.
