The Signature Account Services team is the vendor facing arm of the SPPS program and has ultimate responsibility for delivering a high level of service to our vendors every day, ensuring high operational standards and vendor satisfaction with the program.

-Simultaneously managed current and developed new vendor relationships for 66 unique website builds-Collaborated with Leadership Team to transform our 3 month project into measurable milestones and success metrics-Managed integration of new products and vendor relationships to ensure compliance with their unique partner terms and conditions -Onboarded new vendors and products while maintaining current inventory-Designed KPOs and SOPs for Product Uploading business partners in Manila, Philippines-Established deep and broad relationships with vendor partners to understand products and best fit to our sites for optimized sales-Expertly aligned new and managed products with various websites-Served as primary point of contact for managed vendor partnerships of 66 website builds

-Designed, built, and oversaw construction of entire custom tiny house build project across multiple shoot dates-Served as primary point of contact for project management and resolution of construction issues-Established and successfully maintained budget throughout the entire build project-Built trusted relationships with film, network, and contract crew for the timely completion of the tiny house build and episode-Developed and maintained project timeline and shoot dates to adhere to network schedule

-Collaborated with CEO to develop marketing campaigns focusing on program launches, lead acquisition, and client retention-Managed marketing budgets and operating costs to maximize profits and ROI for new program launches-Responsible for the daily maintenance and monitoring of Facebook ad spend and cost per acquisition of new leads-Provided account management and consulting services to build trust and high customer satisfaction rates to lead to renewed contracts and additional sales-Designed and implemented a profitable launch of a new digital coaching course and group coaching program

-Led daily team training drills and exercises of more than 100 athletes at a time-Worked hand and hand with coaching staff to customized fitness plans in order to develop athletes both physically and emotionally-Effectively implemented complex techniques to 20+ athletes during training sessions
