I am Kyle Kuntzman, I am a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. I graduated with a major in Mass Communications and a minor in Applied Communications. I consider myself a team player who is outgoing and has drive and passion. I give close attention to detail and creativity, which is evident in the work that I have created and collaborated on during and after undergraduate career. I now work as the Customer Support Manager at a local ISP. With this position, I oversee the Help Desk portion of the company. I focus daily on meeting our goals for customer and team satisfaction, as well as our overall performance in creating a positive customer experience. I am proud to be a part of a company so focused on being at the forefront of fiber internet and technology.
