• Reporting, forecasting, and budgeting of three overhead cost pools totaling $130 million.• Forecasts, labor costs, other direct costs (ODC), Services, and Other associated expenses for EMS Overhead cost pools.• Work closely with business admin team to establish headcount based on prospective contract work for both current year and forecast years.• Provide recommendations on headcount for current and forecasts years to ensure alignment with business needs.• Conduct variance analysis identifying costs drivers and presenting overhead rate performance to senior leadership during monthly financial reviews.• Perform ad-hoc analysis, including modeling overhead pools costs for potential contract add-ons and awards.• Support and respond to audit questions related to the overhead pools.
