Kyle McGowan is a current student at Arizona State University- W.P. Carey School of Business pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications. He is also currently employed at Govig & Associates as a Project Coordinator on the Healthcare team.Kyle possesses over three years of customer service and leadership experience from a previous job as a sales and department lead at The Buckle, a clothing store based in Nebraska. With this experience in mind, Kyle believes he has the ability to successfully drive a business to excellence by developing and implementing conflict resolution skills that can be utilized by colleagues and employers as the world adjusts and adapts to the ever-changing job market. Kyle's previous work experience has sparked a strong desire within him to help employers be more effective at developing and retaining highly successful and satisfied employees. This process includes finding ways to help employers train and encourage employees to be more proactive and invested in overcoming whatever struggles they are facing rather than quitting or waiting to be fired. A significant component of this process includes teaching company leaders appropriate ways to act, interact, communicate and model what they expect from their employees. Kyle is working to graduate with honors from ASU so that he can grab the interest of prestigious companies looking to hire new employees with endless potential.
