I have spent much of my career working as a Project Manager for a general contractor in the heavy construction field, and now work for On Point Construction Services, LLC providing Project Management Support Services to many general contractors in the Massachusetts/Connecticut region. I enjoy in my consultant role helping general contractors manage their daily projects- whether through submittal coordination, quantity tracking, Pay Req and RFI preparation, or assisting with quantity take-offs for upcoming bid deadlines - I work with clients throughout the Northeast to support both their project management and scheduling needs. I have extensive background in MassDOT project management, and have collaborated closely with all sectors of the industry- general contractors, engineering design consultants, Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) and Connecticut Department of Transportation (ConnDOT) and local municipalities. I have been involved in all aspects of construction including estimating, planning, scheduling, document control and submittal management, field supervision and overall project management.
