• Integral in growing POW, Inc. from solely a winter sport glove company into a 3 brand multi-category company. Responsible for national sales growth for POW Gloves by 21% in 3 years and Holden Outerwear brands by 63% in 2 years, exceeding the industry standard. • Planned, executed and managed sales events in North America for Regional Support, GORE-TEX® TROMP tours, Regional Shows, Tradeshows, etc…• Developed and implemented retail strategies including sales programs, order forms, pricing strategies, MAP and internet policies, point of purchase (POP) and promo execution• Managed the North American Sales Representatives, which included commission management and meeting territory specific sales goals. In addition, responsible for forecasting sales, meeting annual fiscal goals, inventory management, sales budget and rep contracts• Collaborated with marketing and design to develop product, dealer and consumer catalogs, POP items, and athlete involvement to build brands and increase sales• Managed major accounts like Amazon, REI and Zumiez, adhering to each accounts’ unique process for ordering, marketing, shipping, and sales reports• Created and implemented a CRM/B2B platform based off Hubsoft system that is home to product and order files for all 3 brands• Planned and executed yearly sales meetings and trade shows including SIA and OR
