I have over 13 years of experience in workforce management and over 3 years of experience as a leader, specifically regarding data analysis and visualization. I am proficient in Tableau & Tableau Server, Microsoft Excel/VBA, and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. I have been awarded many times by my current company for providing data analysis and tools that save the company money and drive the performance of associates. I take pride in my work, and I always do my best to exceed expecatations when I deliver projects and provide data that is meaningful and convenient to the end users. I enjoy challenges that test my abilities and eagerly take on projects most others would pass on. This outlook has taught me how to be resourceful and how to solve problems quickly, which has consistently put me in a place among my peers where I am often the go-to person when something needs to be done. Ultimately I am most interested in data analysis, visualization, data science, and reporting, but I am open to new opportunities where I can learn something new to add to my skillset.
