As an Auction Manager I was in charge of a small auction team that sold forclosure assets to cash buyers either on the courthouse steps or in ballrooms across the country. I managed the auction day team from approval of sale to competed contract. My staff included a licensed auctioneer, contract writers, and a clerk among other positions depending on volume of assets for sale.
