Over the last several years I have obtained knowledge inside and outside of the classroom. In class I learned mostly textbook knowledge of the business world and how one should act as part of it. Outside of class I have learned values that make me a better employee. General knowledge is good because it is the basis on which advanced learning can begin. It is said that in order for one to way they must first learn to crawl. That is the same in learning. Before one may learn more complex ideas and other information in the world of business, they must learn the basics and have them understood. I have learned the basics now I attempt to learn the more complex ideology. Values in the world of business are important. I have found doing a job that will make the customer want to return again to be very beneficial. It is easy to do what everyone else is doing. It is harder to go beyond average and stand out. I have worked in center stage where the public could see me. I have seen the backstage area and worked there. At all times though, I attempt to do better today than I did the day before. I have learned and experienced much. Although I am still learning.
