I love to solve problems. To me, each problem is one or more puzzles that I get to work through and along the way learn interesting things. Through finding solutions I have learned to work with different group structures and achieved success by firmly focusing on key results.I have worked through many activities ranging across new product development, CIP, cost savings, C&F, vendor development, and analysis.I can take an idea and develop it through C&F to production.- I use customer inputs to define requirements so expectations will be met.- I can work independently or with CFTs. - I can perform CIP and cost savings activities.I can align and drive teams to solutions.- I can set a schedule and then execute to it.- I can speak to execs, engineers, and techs effectively.- I use data to make informed decisions.I work to develop myself into a better person.-Through solving problems I am constantly learning.-I am honest and direct.-I stay calm and find solutions when issues arise.I like meeting new friends and hearing about interesting problems.
