Starting working at Taylor Construction Company after college in 1985, while working and learning the business from the ground up i was tasked with working in every type of construction Taylor had to offer. Once i had become a crew leader i then moved into project work carrying out the task of a project from the start to finish. This gave me the insight on how to manage a job and keep it on schedule. Management moved my work into the office where i became a part owner and then began moving up in the management roll along with my Partner Larry Taylor whom has mentored me in my upcoming rolls as a manager. Together we have expanded our company into several areas, such Horizontal Directional Drilling, Redi-Mix Concrete and Flatbed hauling; While doing this we have incorporated all of these different trades into a well tuned machine where one company works another part the business.
