- Gather and analyze financial, market and other data to evaluate asset performances in various portfolios within the Charlotte market and creating reports, summaries, market surveys and underwriting to aid in client business decisions- Provide operational support to property managers, Charlotte market directors, and other southeast personal with questions and requests, gathering data and reports, creating and distributing market surveys and assessing current operational policies - Support all new business efforts in the greater Charlotte with weekly collaborations with the entire southeast time- Underwrite acquisition and development projects using current property data, current market data and rental projections, and current market assumptions to assist senior management and clients in making profitable decisions- Support the implementation of new programs and applications throughout our assets in the Charlotte market

- Assisted in reorganizing tenant profiles for redevelopment projects of over 20-million-dollar value - Worked all aspects of the leasing process including prospecting/contacting new tenants, working with tenants to find required space, bringing deals forward to biweekly committee, working with president to meet earnings requirements on the lease, to opening of tenants in Washington Prime properties.- Worked with all departments of the company, in order to understand how the fourth largest retail REIT was able to maintain success- Completed five projects for executive management including our CEO
