During this period, I was excited to return to Northwestern Mutual bringing my successful background of agile delivery, while navigating through a political environment.   Accountable for managing scope, schedule and budget for technology initiatives that directly impacted user experience for all Home Office employees along with distributed workforce. Ensured trust was built will all stakeholders and the flow of information to leadership, in addition acted on all project risks and their related mitigation strategies.   Drove effort to select and replace secure email solution for >20,000 internal and external end users, introducing new technology and business relationships, which spearheaded Northwestern Mutual' s future migration of email infrastructure to the cloud.   Delivered Windows Tablet end point option to the enterprise, in the process building out a repeatable process that was leveraged by future device expansion reducing overall deployment costs.

Significant transformational period of professional growth and opportunity to build on project management and business relationship background cultivated at Northwestern Mutual by delivering and leading Commercial Contracting Program for >2000 end users and leading teams execution using agile methodology.   Delivered on commitments to deploy Commercial Contracting Program, implementing numerous processes and system enhancements to drive productivity, visibility and financial controls.  Key leader in simplification and re-organization efforts, ranging from strategy design, implementation and end user support, resulting in 100% reduction in future system maintenance.   Dedicated to customer user experience of product design, with emphasis on facilitating listening sessions, process improvement events and study halls. Period of professional growth leaving the Information technology department where I spent my entire career to this point and providing leadership for strategic project decision making and acting as a liaison to facilitate mutual understanding between business clients, financial network and the technology department as a whole.   Providing project management expertise and consultation with emphasis on technology initiatives meeting the needs of the business and end users.   Drove communication and change org. for enterprise initiatives and small projects, ensuring cross department stake-holdering and end user effectiveness.   Business owner for implementation of Windows 7 to >15,000 end users in the financial network.

During this period I was excited to be hired on by Northwestern Mutual as a Lead Business Analyst, responsible for implementing and supporting computing platform infrastructure. The Business Analyst role was new to the technology department that I was in and I was able to play a big part in creating and defining the role for future employees.Liaison to facilitate mutual understanding and partnerships between business clients, distributed financial network and the technology department.Managed small and large projects across the entire project life-cycle.

During this period I had the opportunity to grow my professional career by consulting at a couple of large dynamic organizations in the greater Milwaukee area, with an emphasis on customer experience, design and development of computing platform infrastructure.Responsible for directing teams to manage testing efforts of projects involving a wide range of business needs, including; networking, security, hardware, e-mail and end user provisioning.
