An integral part of the relief operational management team for more than 50% of contractual hours, responsibilities within both planning and delivery of operations.Key Responsibilities:• Lead Terminal Planning department personnel, responsible for output; including integrity of vessel plans delivered and all aspects of behavioural and HR management for up to 9 direct reports.• Plan and deliver resource requirement inline with business objectives to maximize performance and achieve financial targets within operations.• Customer focal point and business representative for customer base on all levels with advanced understanding of commercial commitments.• Deliver and manage shift-centric operational plans that align with service level agreements. a key stakeholder in strategy to exploit opportunity and exception management providing decision-making input.• Collaborate with all operational management stakeholders to drive all areas of performance and deliver inline with expected service levels agreements and deadlines.• Drive utilisation of hours available in order to minimise cost and increase shift revenue.• Safety leadership, ensuring moral, legal and financial case for safety.
