While at Grow the Flow, I have worn several hats to fulfill the needs of this budding grassroots organization. I implemented a GIS infrastructure for the spatial analysis of our community network. I also have lobbied politicians, recruited volunteers, and assisted in forming an ambassadorial network spanning the entirety of the Great Salt Lake watershed incorporating over one hundred people.

In the Tree Ring Lab at BYU, I formed a climate chronology for several sites in Utah that extended 1500+ years in the past. I prepared, sanded and dated several dozen samples for climatological analysis and analyzed those samples using time-series correlation software. Additionally, I trained three other Research Assistants to perform required tasks in the lab.

Worked with Dr. Justin Dyer in a longitudinal study measuring the effects of religiosity on teen suicide rates in several states. Maintained a 78% turnover rate.Spearheaded a new research project and developed a new methodology to analyze over 3,000 talks to select and categorize teachings on spousal roles in the Church of Jesus Christ. Co-leader with Eliza Peterson, managing a team of 8 research assistants.
