Closely monitors and tracks project costs and their relationship with the project budget, bringing any issues or discrepancies to the attention of the Project Manager and/or CFO. Provides monthly 80-20 report, variance analysis and forecasts to Project Managers, CFO and the CEO. Reviews subcontractor billings for discrepancies and to ensure their billings correctly aligns with what we have billed the customer. Works with accounting coordinators on the monthly close of job costs to ensure accuracy and completeness. Performs activities relating to contracts, change orders, liens, and vendor/subcontractor set-up (obtaining proper insurance, W9, 1099 etc.). Handles all payables pertaining to Klorman's construction projects.

Processed and recorded the company payables, which varied from standard G&A expenses to project specific expenses. Works closely with Project Managers and subcontractors in order to prepare AIA G702 and G703 documents to be submitted to the customer on a monthly basis. Played a supporting role in the creation of monthly job site profit projections, as well as working with the controller and Vice President to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
