Oversee and expand APG’s ”Thriving Workplaces” professional development service line, including workforce development and training, coaching, leadership academies, and organizational and personal assessments. Collaborate with and manage 30+ consultants, trainers, coaches, and SMEs.▶️ Training and Development: Develop and facilitate professional development trainings on topics such as facilitation, adaptability, resiliency, social-emotional intelligence, and civility in the workplace.▶️ Gap Assessments: Develop and facilitate strategic planning initiatives to address organizational and community needs, such as building a coalition to address high suicide rates in Colorado mountain towns.▶️ 360-Assessments: Coordinate leadership competency 360-assessments using the online platform, SelfStir.▶️ Community Partnerships: Developing summer facilitation academy in collaboration with Colorado State University faculty.▶️ Proposal Development: Write and develop proposals for various services such as training programs, coaching services, leadership academies, and price agreements with public service organizations.▶️ Marketing and Social Media Outreach: Developed and executed social media ad campaigns on several platforms targeting specific audiences.
