This position in the Patient Experience department plays a lead role in patient experience survey management and other related patient experience measurement activities for all of Texas Health Resources. It entails survey administration, data analysis and reporting, consultation and training, and overall support to patient experience leaders throughout all of Texas Health Resources. A few of the specific responsibilities include:* Works with vendor to manage all things related to administering patient satisfaction surveys in compliance with CMS. * Designs and conducts various types of internal auditing to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines.* Responsible for supporting the compilation, analysis, and reporting of patient satisfaction data into actionable information to guide THR performance improvement and quality assurance efforts at all levels of the organization.* Compiles disparate sources of data and performs analysis, interprets results and trends. Develops reports and presentations for broad audiences across the system. This includes using a variety of applications such as Microsoft Excel, Press Ganey Online, Tableau, Sparq 3, RL Solutions, SharePoint, and some IBM Cognos.* Provides training and troubleshooting for all levels of the organization relative to patient feedback data sources and processes.* Educates internal stakeholders on appropriate use of patient experience and feedback data, interpretation, and the use of applications and tools. Provides guidance on reports and recommends best options based upon advanced knowledge of patient experience and feedback measurement.
