Responsibilities progressed from coordinating on-campus recruiting efforts at undergraduate colleges and universities to coordinating and eventually managing training programs for investment management professionals across all levels of Goldman Sachs. I ended my career at Goldman Sachs as the Recruiter for the Investment Management Division where I was responsible for recruiting and hiring the largest Full Time and Intern classes in the Division's history at the time. Characteristics and skills developed over the course of my career at Goldman Sachs included customer service, hard-work, attention to detail, discipline, multi-tasking, project management, as well as written and oral communication. Working in training and recruiting for the Investment Management Division also strengthened my selling skills and ability to build and maintain relationships across internal and external clients.
