Responsible for-Partnering with CD, Branding, and PEx/AVX Leadership to establish Presentation and UI motion design direction-Setting direction using briefs, mood boards, style frames, motion mocks, prototypes, etc...-Encouraging consistency and advancement of motion design-Curating collections of relevant motion graphics and sports graphics-Advising moGraph team regarding technical limits and possibilities-Creating/Determining RnD/VTARs/Prototyping needs to validate potential design decisions-Developing the high-level concept direction for moGraph-Producing moGraph solutions requiring advanced visual and motion design, or posing unique technical and artistic challengesmoGraph Workflows/Innovations-Cultivating cross-team partnerships for improving moGraph toolsets and workflows-Improving existing solutions to reduce risk and ensure ease of maintenance-RnD for future direction of moGraph through research of the cultural and competitive landscape, and direction that pushes the technical capabilities; resulting in fresh ideas that establish cool & meaningful visuals while bringing information to the user-Offering skill and knowledge base to deliver exceptional and advanced moGraph experiencesTalent-Recruitment and staffing for moGraph and selection of external vendors-moGraph Mentorship and supporting the growth and development of motion designers and visual designersKey Deliverables-Tech, VisID -> Concept-Technical, risk, and resource assessments of new moGraph initiatives and features or proposed modifications to the existing motion and component libraries-Programmatic solutions to moGraph needs as well as design solutions for supporting graphic and video elements-Documentation related to production and maintenance of non-standard components-Working files to enable production of supplementary or revised graphic and video assets-Visual targets, motion studies, moGraph prototypes, and content maintenance guides
