I am the President and Executive Director of the Urban Environment Association, a 501(c)(3) which seeks to bring educational gardens to elementary schools throughout the Central Valley of California. The UEA also operates several minor programs, including park clean-ups, tree plantings, and city beautification programs. In addition to my philanthropic pursuits, I manage safety and training at Atlantic Aviation’s Bakersfield location. Previously, I have served in FBO management positions at Epic Jet Center and California Aeronautical University. I also attend CSU Bakersfield, where I study history and business administration. I lead a club I founded—the History Book Club—which is a significant event promoter and host on campus. I am an active member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society and the Helen-Hawk Honors Program, and I serve as an officer for our local chapter of Phi Alpha Theta.
