Currently, I am employed as a substitute teacher at Gibraltar Area Schools as well as at Sevastopol School District. During this role I have gained impeccable classroom management, discipline, as well as being able to foster classroom environments that are conducive to learning. Additionally, I have become sufficient in online platforms and websites that are essential to current day classrooms. Being a substitute teacher has allowed me to work on my interpersonal skills through interacting with not only the faculty but also the students at each school ranging from grades K-12. These interactions have given me the opportunity to form relationships with students in a way that allows me to incorporate common interests into the lessons in a way that is easier to comprehend for students.
