• Execute the month end, quarter end, and year end close processes for Accounts Payable and Receivable.• Ensure all fulfillments are invoiced daily• Identification and resolution of invoicing errors• Manage and respond to customer inquiries and invoice disputes• Prepare and review selected balance sheet account reconciliations• Preparation of journal entries and supporting analysis• Reconcile all customer accounts monthly• Closing Accounts Receivable records at the end of each calendar month• Prepare collection estimates by week based on payment history and customer portal details• Facilitate and manager the Vendor Relations SIMCO customer agreements• Review operate systems to ensure current bill• Provide supporting documentation for external audit firm fro quarterly and annual audits• Oversight of trade vendor incentive and punitive programs• Monitor unpaid receiving reports to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner and expenses are accrued correctly• Work closely with recovery team to ensure collections are completed in a timely manner• Audit and approve A/P and A/R financial transactions adhering to all internal processes• Monitor and report on work flow processes and team productivity• Lead and develop staff of 8, constantly developing them to support the company's accelerated growth
