As the founder and creative directory for Old Southern Soul, a vintiques shop in South Florida, I take pride in curating an an eclectic mix of unique vintiques. From vintage kitchenware to Mid Century Modern lighting, folk art to Shabby Chic home décor and refinished American antique furniture, my goal is to bring joy into my customers' homes.

As an avid fan of all things design related, I find it important to share my passion for art, architecture and product design with others. By way of my blog, Design Idiom, I share my love of design and creative thoughts with the online community. Although I prefer Blogger over other platforms, which is limiting as far as web design is concerned, I have customized www.designidiom.com using HTML to accommodate my needs as a blogger. Being a savvy social media player, I have branded my blog in such a way that includes visibility on Facebook and Twitter in addition to other online portholes. Maintaining and marketing my blog on a weekly basis is a goal I currently work towards and hope to improve. With experience in graphic design, I find it important for a company to have well-rounded branding, which is why I have designed everything from the Design Idiom logo, to business cards and other marketing material (a service I have also provided for other bloggers as well).
