Characterization scientist for the coiled coil domain of structural maintenance of chromosome proteins. Presented data and future project plans at department and cross functional team meetings. Gained expertise in the following analytical techniques: HPLC, site-directed mutagenesis, gel electrophoresis/purification techniques, SDS-PAGE IEF, RT-PCR, PCR, gibson assembly, isothermal titration calorimetry, and western blotting.
