a) LSP Management:- LSP management (Warehousing Operations, MIS Reports & Format, Payments Reconcile, Training to W/H staff). LSP Monthly Business Review to highlight the issues to avoid problem in future and to check KPI performance, Billing supportive formats, timely payments, Cost reduction.b) Vendor Development & Procurement:- Identify vendor as per requirement like Packing material, Express services, Logistics & warehouse services provider. Price negotiation against quotation. Procure packing material & other requirements related to daily movements. Checking the quality & vendor performance as per contract.c) Team Lead:- Leading a team of 15 nos. regional coordinators. The regional teams are handling their local customer queries, customer requirements, documentation & daily movement report.d) Analysis:- Analysis (Project Cost Analysis, LSP payment Analysis, Volume Analysis). Stock analysis for Permanent Export & preparing related documentation for export.e) Inventory Planning:- Making Safety Stock List based on Spares installed in the network under AMC. Maintain per unit cost in warehouse by doing Permanent Export, Repair & Return, Filling Adjustment, Discard and by Scrap those spares cannot be repaired in China or India. Customer Service:- Service Support for various Networks (VSNL, VODAFONE, LOOP, IDEA, Bharti Airtel, MTS & BSNL) as per signed AMC. Quarterly review of Operation & Maintenance with customer. Monthly MIS. Respond to customer queries regarding Spare, Version, R&R status etc….g) KPI:- Maintain OTS on time deliveries to customers & recycle the faulty spares on monthly basis. Re-Export & Repair & Return to reduce inventory cost in India.h) Export:- Reverse Logistics (Making Repair & Return spare list, Permanent Export spare list & Export for Analysis. Defective Spares recycle with the help of India Repair Centre and China.i) Audit:- Quarterly, Annually internal & External Audit.
