 Responsible for ETS (Employee Transfer Services) business Operation Handing ETS Operation for Clients: - Sopra Steria, PAYTM & Samsung. Backend support to all ETS team and handing ETS Supervisors team. Making the Route roster over all shift and share to supervisors for tracking and tracing. Making the Team roster and Attendance of ETS Team, share to HR on daily basis.  Responsible for Client issues, Supervisors issues, vendor payments and vendor issues.  Making many types report, compliance reports, sales chart and dashboard on weekly and monthly basis. Maintaining and updating trackers timely like as: Vendors payment trackers, Cabs Compliance Tracker, Cabs penalty trackers. Meeting with the vendors regarding Cabs, Drivers issue, invoices issue, payment issue and other ETS related queries.
