Rebalance Vintage's mission is to reduce the costly effects that the fashion industry has on the environment. Fashion is now the second largest polluter behind oil and gas. With a goal of rebalancing the fashion supply chain by repurposing vintage pieces, Rebalance Vintage has saved over 10,000+ lbs of clothes from going to the landfill. Responsibilities:• Oversaw core strategies including product roadmap & development, ops, CRM, and digital UI/UX• Redefined existing systems and designs, helping transform the business from domestic to international leading to increasing revenues by over 450% within 12 months• Implemented new digital payment features to support data driven frameworks, leading to a +28% increase in payment conversion and +32% cart recapture rate
