- Contribute to the improvement and deployment of Management Development tools for I&Cs such as annual appraisals, people review, career discussion, IDP ….- Animate the Management Development network within the country.- Is in charge of country SDP, develop candidates pools for I&C positions. Follow up from national level IDPs for FTs and HPs.- Coordinate internal mobility process cross sites within country.- Lead and coordinate recruitment activities from country level, including opening positions review, group offers for consulting company and advertisement, recruitment website, job fair etc.- Manage some recruitment directly (for position level 4 and above, new activities etc)- Lead monthly people review with all sites, understand people situation, and anticipate people movement and turnover.- Is in charge of I&Cs turn-over follow-up, identify causes and propose corrective action plans from national level. Guide and assist sites on specific retention plan.- Collect C&B market data, participate market survey and conduct analysis.- Is in charge of campus relation, including projects, internship, campus fair etc.- Support National HR director, define and coordinate country related HR policy, retention program, C&B strategy etc.
