SDC owns an extensive and versatile fleet with a total asset of more than RMB 20 billion (US $ 3.145 billion).Responsibility:1、Construct Human resources plan, the 13th 5 year plan. Make rolling plan annually to achieve the 5 year plan.2、Build Human resources Operation system. Including recruiting, people development, positions and qualifications, compensation and benifits, performance and evaluation, employee relationship, etc.3、Draft annual recruiting plan according to Business Expansion plan. During the last 5 years, the R&D team accumulate to 110 person from 36 person. The percentage of Master degree increase to 46% from 15%.4、Design the qualification Modle of R&D jobs. The requirement of qualification including performance behavior, knowledge, skills and competency.5、Conduct government public relations, get as much support as we could for Talents. Set up and operate Post-doctoral research center. Recruiting and managing post doctoral students.6、Promote and implement Performance management. Compensation adjustment according to Performance assessment result.7、Deal with Employee relationship Historically. Show less
