At S&C I was responsible for managing a book of clients and providing a high level of support and service. I analyzed & negotiated renewals, maintained & prepared claims experience, pension and other financial related reporting, conducted & presented marketings, and was the primary point of contact for clients to resolve any client-insurer issues. I supported our clients through carrier changes, new rollouts and guided employee communication.

* Responsible for answering employee inquiries regarding their benefits plans, WCB claims and other questions as appropriate. * Documenting and enrolling new hires onto their benefit plans and providing employees with onboarding information.* Liaising between insurance carriers and employees to facilitate the processing of claims.
